About Deborah Ennis
Deborah Ennis lives on Cape Cod in Massachusetts, USA. She has been studying and practicing Vipassana meditation for over 30 years, primarily focused on early Buddhist teachings. She is an active member of a weekly insight meditation group. She offers holistic psychotherapy with an embodied, relational-based approach. She is a certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction teacher through the Center for Mindfulness at the UMass Medical Center. Janet Surrey and the Northeast Insight Dialogue Community have inspired and mentored her growth as an Insight Dialogue facilitator.

This drop-in practice session meets the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month from 11:00 am-12:30 pm Americas Eastern Time. It is open to anyone with some experience in a contemplative practice and familiarity with Insight Dialogue through reading or practice.
