The 2025-2026 Sunday Sangha series invites a spacious exploration of the Insight Dialogue guidelines: Listen Deeply and Speak the Truth.
Grounded in Pause, Relax, Open, and Attune to Emergence, they invite us into presence where ordinary acts, listening and speaking, are intentionally integrated into meditation practice.
To Listen Deeply is to listen with kind awareness—fully present, receptive, and unobstructed by our own agenda. To Speak the Truth is to articulate the truth of one’s lived experience with discernment and care. Together, these guidelines reveal the conditioned habits we bring to every exchange and open the possibility for deeper understanding, connection, and freedom.
When Listen Deeply and Speak the Truth are imbued with intention, communication becomes meditative contact. As a global practice community, we encounter many ways that words are offered, heard, interpreted, and embodied across cultures, languages, identities, and lived experience. This series invites curiosity and mindfulness around these differences. Together we will deepen our capacity to meet one another with honesty, compassion, and presence; and to more fully accompany each other with care in this shared human experience.
Join us on the first Sunday of each month from September 2026 through May 2027 as we practice together in community and discover how listening and speaking become pathways of awakening.
The dates listed below are the first Sunday of each month. Please know that we welcome our worldwide teachers and facilitators to guide practice and can adjust the timing of the offering to work better for your time zone.

Dates and Time: Sept 2026-May 2027, First Sunday of each month in the time zone of the facilitators. Sessions are held 1:30-3:00 pm America Eastern time unless noted otherwise. We welcome our worldwide sangha, so the time will be adjust to meet the compatibility of the facilitator’s time zone. Please register to receive updates on schedule.
