Community practice groups are a valuable resource for developing and sustaining Insight Dialogue practice. If a group is not currently available in your community, please consider forming one.
Most community practice groups function like a meditation group or sangha, rather than a ‘class’ with a teacher and students. Some occur in people’s homes; others occur online. Groups are offered without a fee, with participants practicing dana (giving freely) to support those offering practice. Practicing in our local communities or with a group of spiritual friends who meet regularly online can also support a broader “whole life” path of cultivation and remind us of the possibility of awakening together here and now.
These listings are intended to provide meditators with information about opportunities for Insight Dialogue practice. The Insight Dialogue Community does not, however, have sufficient knowledge of the various peer group leaders to provide endorsement. If you are interested in having an Insight Dialogue practice group listed on the website, please send a request to info@3.wilder.one after completing this form.
The groups meets bi-weekly on Friday evening from 7:30-9:30 pm. Each evening has a theme and we follow the eightfold path in many aspects to support our practise in daily life.
The group meets once a month on Third Thursday, 7:30 – 9:30 pm. Both, experienced practitioners as well as individuals with a meditation practice who are new to Insight Dialogue are welcome.
The group meets monthly for two hours. Fribourg session is in French; the Bern session in English. Participants can practice in German. Possibility for other locations.
