We offer our 2024 report in the spirit of transparency and deep gratitude for the abundant generosity of our entire community: practitioners, teachers and facilitators, team members, donors, and volunteers.
Our mission is to develop Insight Dialogue teachers and facilitators, and to build flourishing regional and local communities of Insight Dialogue practitioners around the world who are dedicated to awakening by living relational dharma.
In 2024, our teaching community and teachers in development included 122 participants from 19 countries. Combined, members of the teaching community offered 153 retreats and courses.
Courses and practice groups were offered in 10 different languages, reflecting our committment to making the practice accessible and relevant across cultures and regions.
We counted 36 practice groups and 883 drop-in practice opportunities. And we’ve witnessed a deepening connection with meditation centers and Buddhist organizations.
